The TERRA World Congress, which was organized to be held in Cuenca in 2025, has been postponed due to the critical situation in Ecuador. The World Congress on Earthen Architectural Heritage was scheduled to take place at the University of Cuenca, Ecuador from June 9 to 13, 2025.
Following decree 111 issued by the President of Ecuador on January 9, 2024, the ICOMOS-ISCEAH board has decided to postpone the development of Terra in Ecuador until further notice.
The organizers of the Terra Ecuador event, on behalf of the University of Cuenca, thank the advisory committee, the members of the scientific committee, the different companies and institutions both national and international and the community in general for their support and interest in participating in this prestigious academic event.
